You are not eligible for a refund of that amount in any circumstance.

A partial refund may be available, at our discretion if all of the following are true:

It is not more than 48 hours  since your purchase.

You have not reached the 100% completion point, as indicated by our records.

You have not made use of our support assets by asking questions, other than questions about our service and policies.

You request a refund in writing through an internal support message or Mail.a

If you wish to request a refund, email us at indicating the following;

Your reason for the request.
Your full names (as appears in your passport).
Your unique transaction ID.
The email used to make the registration on this website.
